Full priced items (including orders using a promotional code) are eligible for a refund or store credit. Please note refund and store credit amounts will exclude the original delivery fee.
Sale items are only eligible for a store credit, except where the item is faulty.
Please note the customer will be responsible for the postage costs of returned items.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorisation number.
In your email, please include:
- your order number,
- reason for return; and
- whether you would like a refund (full priced items or faulty items only) or store credit.
Please note items will not be processed if returned without a return authorisation number.
Returned items must have their original tags attached, not be worn or soiled and must be in a saleable condition.
Please allow 5 business days from receipt for your return to be processed and a confirmation to be provided.
